eGP Australia aims to promote enhanced epilepsy care in  general practice.

 

Epilepsy fits the Australian Medicare criteria for chronic disease management (CDM) and primary care of epilepsy can be supported through Medicare CDM item numbers (721,723,732, 10997).

 

You can download a pdf template for items 721, 723. Templates suitable for upload into clinical software will be available in March 2015.
